Privacy notice

How theaifd uses your details.

This notice covers the details you give theaifd when you book a call, email us or meet us. It says who is responsible for them, what we do with them, how long we keep them and what you can ask us to do.

Who is responsible for your details?

AI Finance Partners Ltd, trading as theaifd, is responsible for your details. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 17128529, with its registered office at Rivington House, 82 Great Eastern Street, London EC2A 3JF. You can reach us at andrew@theaifd.co.uk.

What details does theaifd collect?

When you book a call we ask for your name, email address and practice or company name. You can also give us a phone number, your role, how you heard of theaifd and what you would like to cover. When you email us or meet us, we keep what you send and a note of what was discussed.

Please do not send us details about your own clients unless we have an agreement in place for that work.

What does theaifd use your details for?

We use them to arrange and hold your meeting, prepare for it, send you a confirmation and reminders, and follow up with your business about our services. We keep you on our client relationship system as a prospect so we have a record of our conversation with your business.

We only send you our occasional updates if you tick the box that asks for them. You can stop them at any time.

On what basis does theaifd use your details?

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering your request and in following up with a business that has asked to speak to us. For our updates we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees your details?

Google runs our calendar, email and video meetings, our email delivery service sends confirmations and reminders, and Cloudflare hosts our systems. They act on our instructions. Some of them may handle data outside the UK under approved safeguards. We do not sell your details.

How long does theaifd keep your details?

A booking request you did not confirm is deleted within 30 days. If you do not become a client, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, your engagement terms say how long we keep your records.

What are your rights?

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them, and you can object to how we use them. Email andrew@theaifd.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
